When you request a demonstration or contact us, we collect the name, work email, organization, role, country or region, area of interest and message you submit. We also record your contact consent, request reference and submission time.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, arrange a relevant conversation and follow up about Aeropulse. The form does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing mailing list.
Service providers
Enquiries may be processed by our hosting, database, email and customer relationship management providers, where those services are configured. Access should be limited to people and services responsible for handling the enquiry.
Cookies and website requests
This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential network information may be processed by hosting infrastructure to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Opening the AIS workspace or an external service subjects that visit to the service’s own privacy arrangements.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or withdraw permission for further contact, through the contact form. Include your request reference when available. Do not include sensitive passenger, security or operational data in an enquiry.
Keeping information
Enquiries should be retained only as long as needed for the conversation and any applicable business or legal requirements. Deployment-specific retention schedules and privacy contact details must be confirmed by the operator before public launch.
